Cause for Termination of Site License
Where the behavior of the Member(s) or Member(s)' visitors/guests is so unreasonable as to cause other occupiers of the Park to be deprived of the enjoyment of other Member(s), shorter notice of termination of the Agreement may be given by the Club Management. Examples of activities which may be regarded as constituting a serious breach and/or unreasonable behavior and not capable of remedy:
i. committing a criminal offence on the Park
ii. willfully causing damage to any property on the Park whether belonging to the Maple Valley Club or any Member(s).
iii. Breaching any obligation under the Agreement for Occupation.
